Our Story
EdVantage Academic Solutions was born from a simple yet powerful belief. Every school has the potential to be great when given the right support, vision, and leadership. As educators, administrators, and change agents, we have seen firsthand the challenges schools face, especially in underserved communities. We have also seen what is possible when schools are equipped with the tools and guidance to rise above those challenges.
Our story begins in classrooms where students deserved more, in boardrooms where tough decisions had to be made, and in school communities where transformation was urgently needed. After years of working in school turnaround, charter development, instructional leadership, and compliance, our founder recognized a gap. Schools needed more than consultants. They needed partners. Partners who understood the work from the inside out, who could walk alongside them with credibility, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
EdVantage was created to fill that gap and become a trusted ally for school leaders striving to reimagine what is possible for their students, staff, and communities. We bring not only expertise but also passion and purpose, with every engagement rooted in our belief that equity and excellence can coexist in every school.

As a lifelong educator and school leader, I have dedicated my career to helping students thrive and schools succeed. I know what it feels like to face declining performance, limited resources, or shifting expectations. I also know the power of having the right support system to navigate through it.
This work is deeply personal. Every school we serve becomes part of the EdVantage family, and every success we help create is a reminder that education can be reimagined with courage, strategy, and heart. We are here to do more than check boxes or meet deadlines. We are here to make a lasting difference.
